It's been a busy week to say the least, so we were happy to spend this Sunday watching movies on the couch. Work has been especially hectic as Kris has been pulling overtime to finish projects and getting home later than usual. Still we managed to squeeze some fun in after hours during the week. Here's a little run down of what we've been up to this week:
- July Talk put on an violently sexy performance at Green Music Fest in Wicker Park. (Pictured above)
- I've just finished watching Fortitude and afterwards found that no one else has seen it. Which is killing me cause I want to discuss it with someone. ☹ Free on Amazon Prime, please someone?
- We went to Corridor twice this week. I don't know how this always happens but I think this time is was for the Gose.
- Kris has still never seen Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. They were going to have an outdoor showing of the movie right next door at Park at Wrigley. Unfortunately, it got rained out. I'm beginning to think he's never going to see it.
--While browsing Taste of Randolph street fest we came across some cool merchandise from Sloth Steady. Sloths, check. Chicago, check. Blackhawks, check.
